We take every measure to make sure that all orders are shipped  in good condition and that all the parts are included.  If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping you have 2 days to report the damage to either UPS or the Post Office and to call us.  You will have to provide UPS or the Post Office with the damaged item and the original box and packing when you file a claim.  Items are insured so this will have to be done to get reimbursement.   Once you have filed a claim and we receive notification and a claim number  we will make every effort to get you a replacement and any payment on the claim must come to us so that we can replace the item.
