Return Policy
Please call to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Items must be returned in original packing within 10 days of receiving them. NO RETURNS on special priced or sale items. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. There is no refund on the shipping to you and there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the money refunded to you. If the item is not packed good and is damaged when you return it you will not receive a credit.

SHIPPING POLICY AND COST
We ship by UPS or the Post Office. Items shipped by the Post Office are parcel post unless you would like to pay the cost of Priority Mail.Shipping is calculated when you place your order so if you wish priority mail you can call us or email us to authorize the extra charge. Orders are shipped within 5-7 days from when you place the order. Don't forget you need to add shipping time on top of that which can be up to 6 days depending where you live. If we are unable to ship in the 5 - 7 day time, we will email you with a ship date.
MISSING ITEMS
All orders are scanned and shipped complete. If an order is not shipped complete you will receive a notice in the box when it will be shipped with your paperwork. If you are missing an item and there is no notice you have 10 days to file a claim and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve the issue. After 10 days we will not replace the item.
